Stephanie Sachs

Though they work in very different media, the four artists in this show have long admired one other's work. They also share a fascination with the elements of the cosmos. While they were creating works for the show, all four happened to catch the PBS show Nova in its three-hour episode, The Elegant Universe, which explored the physics of string theory and the likelihood that multiple universes exist in dimensions parallel to our own.

Painter Stephanie Sachs, printmaker Julie Schoenecker and glassblowers Bill and Sally Worcester, seek to engage your imagination by exploring the very different yet parallel ways each of them express their passion for organic form, for the subtleties and textures found in nature.
